The Century Celebration Basket is a new elongated, oval shape with a reinforced board bottom and is the first basket Longaberger has offered with 1/4" weaving and four rows of shoestring weaving on the bottom.
This basket is in un-used, mint condition! To earn the Century Celebration Basket a hostess had to have a $250 show in October, 1999, AND, January, 2000. This complete basket combination has a Bently Guide value of $121.00
The Longaberger Woodcrafts lid features an imbedded silver-colored star in the wood knob. This collectible Longaberger basket measures 7 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" tall with a stationary handle and features a natural finish with a purple and periwinkle trim strip and a silver-colored tag with the Century Celebration emblem and the Hostess Appreciation Basket name in purple and periwinkle. It also has the Century Celebration logo burned onto the bottom.
